Thirty plus years in the IT industry has given me more stories, educational moments, hair pulling afternoons, and laughs so hard I could pass out than I could ever count, and I would not trade one second of any of it. Ever.

MY EXPERIENCE

I’m a Senior Solutions Architect for SLED East at Cirrascale Cloud Services, where I help state, local government, and education organizations design and stand up dedicated bare-metal GPU infrastructure for serious AI training and inference workloads, across every major accelerator platform from NVIDIA and AMD to Qualcomm and Tenstorrent.

Before Cirrascale, I spent three decades building the infrastructure most people never see: data centers, global networks, disaster recovery and backup architectures, and hundreds of enterprise deployments across roles at NetApp, IBM, Veeam, and DNS. My certifications include VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Veeam Certified Engineer Instructor (VMCE Instructor), Novell CNE, and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).

I’ve given thousands of presentations over the years, and my favorite one is always the next one. But without a doubt, my biggest love is teaching, and watching the light bulb go off when someone finally gets it. It’s the same feeling I get handing a finished guitar to a musician and watching them plug in for the first time. Different craft, same moment.
